Quality comes standard in a Havlicek Builders home. "Our in-house architect, Paul Lankenau, has been working with me for more than 13 years," says George Havlicek, whose firm is also known for its award-winning interior trim work. "What sets Paul apart is that he's a great listener. He's able to transfer people's wishes to paper better than anyone I've ever seen. It's amazing how many times he comes back with a first draft that's right on the money."
The rest of the team is just as dedicated. "My office manager has been with us for nearly 20 years and many of our subcontractors have been with me for all 25 years we've been in business," Havlicek says. "Our design coordinator, who's been here 12 years, is brilliant at helping customers coordinate their selections. It may sound corny but we really do look at what we do as a team effort."
