In addition, the company's full design capabilities and an on-site showroom provides a one-stop shopping experience for the entire homebuilding process. Also, KLM's subsidiary flooring company buys large quantities of porcelain, stone, and ceramic from Spain and Turkey, saving customers money on unique flooring products they often can't find anywhere else.
KLM strives to exude quality and convenience at every moment of the home building process. "Many of our tradesmen have been with us since we started 22 years ago, so we consistently get great quality from one job to the next," says owner Kim Meier. "And our in-house designers use an AutoCAD system so they can show each customer exactly what every cabinet and appliance will look like in full three-dimensional perspective. Ultimately, we're capable of building any style house with any amenities."
