The Chicago Luxury Home Tour produces self-guided tours highlighting the latest trends in home building, architecture, interior design, technology, landscaping, appliances, furniture and more. The event benefits American Public Media.

Event Description
The Chicago Luxury Home Tour will showcase spectacular homes built by premier builders in prestigious communities such as Bannockburn, Clarendon Hills, Frankfort, Glenview, Green Oaks, Hinsdale, Kildeer, Libertyville, Naperville, New Lenox, Oswego, Spring Grove, St. Charles, Wayne, and Delavan, WI. The 2008 tour dates are September 5-7, 12-14, & 19-21, 2008, 11am–6pm.

Job Description
As a Luxury Home Tour host you will be responsible for greeting attendees as they arrive at the home, selling and checking tickets, tracking attendance and answering questions about the tour. You will be provided with a staff handbook and a brief required training session will be held prior to the event. Shift hours are from 10:30am – 6pm, Friday - Sunday. This is a paid position, $10/hour.
